When representing a client alleging illegal stop and false arrest against the City of Chicago, Attorney Irene Dymkar showed that the City had been hiding evidence during the case to protect itself. Irene Dymkar successfully convinced the judge of this, leading to the Judge sanctioning the City attorney for hiding evidence and ordering a new trial. The City then settled with a highly favorable outcome for the plaintiff as well as full attorney’s fees.
